GasPro did an excellent job from start to finish. Travis showed up on time for the estimate and handled all the paperwork. The technicians showed up the following week on time and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. They also showed up promptly the following week to finish the gas connections after it was inspected. Travis maintained contact with me throughout the entire process and let me know when his people would be there and what they would be doing. The entire installation was completed on time, on budget, with no mess and no problems. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I give my highest recommendation for GasPro. My ancient gas fireplace was long overdue for service, which resulted in a small but loud expulsion of soot and debris last week. A technician from NW Natural Gas came out and urged me to get it serviced before using it again. A friend had used GasPro and had a good outcome. I'm glad I went with them. The service technician, Brandon, was friendly but completely professional and competent. He carefully cleaned and checked out the unit, giving me much-needed advice regarding its use throughout. What excellent service!

From start to finish I would rate this company an A+++!! I had my gas line extended to reach a wood burning fire place and a new gas insert installed. From the quote with Ron, scheduling with Joanne, to the finishing touches with Travis, I interacted with probably 8 different people and each one of them were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I had 3 different companies bid this job and GasPro came in with a very fair price and they handled everything from getting permits, picking up the equipment that I picked out, having an electrical outlet added, installing the unit, setting up inspections, to the final ignition!! I highly recommend this company for any and all of your Natural gas needs!!
